1. First, check our availability on the online calendar, click here.
2. Next, complete the ‘Malmsbury Town Hall Hire Form’ document (download below or contact us). Fill in all applicable fields, read our Terms and Conditions (click here) and return to us as soon as possible using the instructions on the form.
3. Upon receipt of your completed Hire Form, we will contact you by either phone or email to organise payment.
4. Payment can be made in the following ways:

Please use your First and Last name as reference so we can identify your payment.

- Money Order
Please note that the bond must be paid in full, along with the hire fee and public liability fee at least two weeks prior to your function. If payment is not received two weeks prior, we cannot guarantee that your booking is secure.
